Live Demos, Product Reviews, and end the night with a special Meatless Meal curated by Que herself that will leave your tastebuds forever satisfied. The foods you eat have big effects on your health and quality of life.

Before jumping into a trendy diet that will distract from the basic nutrition principles that are essential to your health. This class is a detailed beginner’s guide to healthy eating.

Starting with the basics in your home, your average grocery shopping trip & eating out.

You will also learn some basic recipes you can make AT HOME IN LESS THAN 20 MINS!

The goal of this class will show you:

  • Simple Changes in your grocery shopping that will make a difference IN YOUR eating habits

  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner alternatives - with full tastings

  • Understanding what a 70/30 lifestyle looks like (70 percent fruits and vegatables, 30% everything else)

The Menu will Consist of:

Breakfast- Power Wraps

Lunch- Kale Medley

Dinner - Unstuffed Peppers

Class begins promptly at 6pm, doors open 20 mins prior to class.

Cocktails Now Available: Enjoy a selection of drinks from our bar during your class! Feel free to purchase craft cocktails, wine, or non-alcoholic beverages to sip on as you enjoy your cooking class.

The Kitchen by Cooking with Que is the ideal laboratory for learning. 


The Kitchen, by Cooking with Que, offers an intimate sixteen-seat kitchen classroom, where guests come to enjoy chef creations and also culinary demonstrations/cooking classes in a contemporary atmosphere. The Kitchen serves as a place for people in the community to gather and provides a platform for learning, experimentation, menu tasting and private dining events focused on celebrating the art of cooking and drinking in The Kitchen with the chef. 


The Kitchen is the ideal laboratory for learning.  Our demonstration kitchen, culinary market, shared-use commercial kitchen, and expert staff are a resource for Metro Detroit’s vibrant and diverse culture of food lovers.
